We pride ourselves on providing the industry’s best customer service, and work far beyond regular business hours to ensure our client’s businesses have little to no downtime.  Customers can reach our team via phone, email and text, and any parts orders are handled via Fedex Express.  We continue to raise the bar for service in our industry by adding technicians throughout the country to our support network.  Once out of warranty we work with our customers and local specialists to keep equipment operating with lowest possible maintenance costs.  Ask us about our customer who ran 100,000 sessions on his JUKA!

Protocols

Cryomachines’ executive team was among the pioneers to bring Cryotherapy to the United States in 2008 and consequently  founded Cryomachines Inc. as an import, manufacturing, sales, and distribution company.  We share our experience and proven protocols of over 400,000 client visits with our clients who are just getting started in this industry.  We focus on safety and have set strict standards to protect our customers and their clients, so both can reap in the benefits Cryotherapy has to offer.

Consulting

We understand that each business is unique and does not fit the same approach for success.  We have worked with any imaginable form Cryotherapy businesses, including physicians’ offices, health clubs, startups, and mobile applications.

Documentation

We provide our clients with everything they need to start their business, which includes resources for nitrogen supply, business insurance, liability waivers, training materials for staff, and sample office floor plans.  We offer guidance on any documentation including business plans and permit applications.

Safety Training

Each device includes a complementary training, during which we focus mainly on safety protocols and best practices.  The machines we provide are all very simple to operate, which allows us to spend the majority of our training on what is important: client and employee safety.

NEW Juka Cryosauna display

We are excited to announce that all Cryosauna orders placed after October 1st, 2016, will now feature a second LCD screen inside of the cabin.  Clients will be able to see that remaining time  and select the current temperature reading in either degree Fahrenheit or degree Celsius – whichever they are more familiar with.
